Day 3--Drive to Liss, Greatham, L'Abri Manor House, Portsmouth

Day 3 was a very special day.

We started out by driving out of the city. That was something to be seen. Driving on the right hand side. The driver's seat on the left side. Driving a stick in London.

Driving in London
It took us a little while to get out of the city, but my dad did very well.

This day we got to visit where Olivia lived when she was in England for 3 months. She showed us around the little town of Liss, and then we headed to the village of Greatham where the Manor House is. We were lucky enough to be able to go inside too, which was a real treat.

It was always so hard to be able to picture the Manor House that Olivia talked about so much, but being able to actually see it, I can picture it so much better in my head now.

Portsmouth is a big city on the coast about a 30 minute drive from Greatham and Liss. It's super pretty there, as it is on the coast.

We had lunch in Portsmouth in a pub Olivia used to go to for curry, did a little shopping, and headed back to London for dinner.
